When I try to export through email app closes every time..not happy with this app

Have to supply your computer IP, USERNAME and PASSWORD to the app to "link". Yeah right. That sounds like great idea.

Amazing. This app is a great way to move SMS between phones. Ive been using this app for quite some time now. It backed everything up as Excel or directly to my pc and then allowed me to restore it on the new phone. Everything appears to have moved over and is tracked under the right conversation in the correct contacts and all my images came through. Nice design and very easy to use. Great

I like to keep my old messages and I never delete them so backup is very important to me. I tried other SMS backup apps but they kept freezing but this app worked smoothyly and UI is the best out there. Easy to navigate and I can save my messages and contacts to my pc quickly

This app crashes each time I try to export/email files AND crashes each time I try to email their support team. Enough said. Details: Should have listened to the other reviews. Linking with computer was anything but streamlined - very difficult and not user friendly at all - I link my phone and computer all of the time this was by far the worst setup.

This was the first time I tried an app to make a backup my sms and contact list and I felt so pleased with this app.Everything is simple and easy,just with one touch,my important messages and contacts are saved and sent to my PC so I can backup anytime anyplace if theres something wrong.With a simple outfit and useful feature set,this app is a tremendously life saver

This app does what it claims, but it was very complicated to get it to work. When it finally did, the XLS file it generated was not very useful. Maybe it will do more, but I dont want to spend more time to figure it out. The app did not meet my needs. I will look elsewhere.

I get a lot of important work messages and others from loved ones that i want to save. This app allowed me to save all my messages plus many other sensitive data in case you lost or restored your phone. I was able to export my contact list and even call logs. Great app layout and tons of features and options. I love it. Great value.

I do not use facebook so cannot report a problem. The app does not activate the download button on my windows 8 computer even after purchasing the app through the link provided in the app. there is a technical problem with the app. I am able to see part og the texts i need to print but not able to get them formatted as the app advertises.
